新學生,新個案new student. New case 

遇上了卓爾,一個很有talent 的學生,閲譜,節奏感很不錯!就是對自己要求不高,曲子彈到八成就覺得ok. 

面對這類學生,要特別小心處理難度問題;太淺的,沒挑戰,太深的,沒有興趣。
最有效方法,就是每堂為他設立一至兩個目標,設下奬勵並觀察他練琴主動性。

遇到一個有talent 的學生,就好像一個木仗,找到一塊好木頭一樣興奮!好想在自己的手中,把木頭雕琢成一件藝術品。
